' REC' belts are resistant to oil and heat and are antistatic. The cog provides high flexibility to the belts, which enables it to bend easily over shaves. This saves energy and also maintains very low heat build up resulting in longer life of the belt. The special rubber compound with fibers ensures dimensional stability and provides resistance to wear of belt.


Raw Edge sidewalls produce a higher co-efficent of friction, Keeping a tighter grip on pulley and minimizing slippage. The unique cog design gives flexibility that enables the belt to bend more easily around the pulley.

This combination of unique cog & raw edge side walls provides significant longer life and higher efficieny.

REC' belts are manufactured in accordance with ISO 4184, DIN2215,BS 3790,ANSI/RMA IP-20
 
Application
As the belts have very high power transmission capacity it is used where the belt speed requirement is very high and the pulley diameters are extremely small. Due to its low temperature build up it is also used in applications where operating temperatures are quit high.
